Article 8.1 of Schedule B to Chapter 13

8.1 The Site, including all improvements made to the Site for the purpose of achieving the objectives set out in 2.1 and 2.2 of this schedule, shall be exempt from Property Taxes for a period of 5 years from the day this provision comes into effect or until the negotiation and conclusion of a taxation agreement as referred to in 8.2, whichever occurs earlier. The exemption may be extended for such further time as may be agreed in writing by the Yukon Minister with responsibility for land claims on behalf of Yukon and the Tr'ondëk Hwëch'in Council on behalf of the Tr'ondëk Hwëch'in.

8.1.1 Property Taxes in respect of the Site for the period from September 15, 2003 until the day this provision comes into effect are hereby forgiven.
